In addition to rapid turnaround of test results – 24 hours for negative results, 48-72 hours for positives – STERLING provides reports that are formatted to the specific needs of your facility.
Standard Report Methods
Results can be faxed, printed remotely, mailed, emailed, or delivered over the Internet. By far the quickest, simplest and most accurate way to access test results is through the Internet with Sterling Online. Sterling Online is available from any PC with an Internet connection and Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
Custom Report Options
We support other reporting needs with easy-to-read, user-friendly formats customized with the information you need. For example, our reporting technology can provide "Positive Rate Data Reports" that include number of specimens submitted, number of donors, negative and positive results, and percent positive by drug class. This report allows you to determine efficiency of drug classes tested, so you can make modifications to test panels in the future.
