Our toxicology client services staff is available live during business hours (8am to 5pm PST) to provide consultation on testing needs and manage the ordering process. Test specifications, customized reporting needs and other aspects of your solution are thoroughly discussed. We arrange to get you the requisition forms and collection supplies you'll need, as well as specimen transport through a variety of available options.

The PowerWeb Advantage

STERLING offers state-of-the-art Web technology, via PowerWebTM, to facilities who wish to automate the test requisition process (results reporting is handled via the same system). Through PowerWeb, tests are ordered online, where they are immediately received and identified at STERLING without the need for a paper requisition and additional data entry. A matching bar-coded test label is printed and used to mark the specimens that will transport to the lab.

On-Site Testing Products

In addition to laboratory testing, STERLING is an authorized distributor of FDA-approved rapid drug screen products. These testing devices (often known as field test kits) provide results in minutes, and are increasingly used by clinics, law enforcement organizations and other agencies because of the immediacy of results.
